I’ve had lactose intolerance from an early age and cannot drink milk. I was always concerned that the lack of calcium was going to be a problem for me in my life. My father was reading the World Journal and saw and ad for “Mil-Gel” and called to tell me about it. I agreed I thought it might be the calcium supplement that my body needed.
